Monitored trackers (S5 and S7) need an active subscription with the manufacturer for 24/7 monitoring and app access, and insurance acceptance depends on your policy and the model fitted, so check your insurer's requirements. Do I pay when I order online?

Nothing is charged when you place the order. One of our team calls to discuss it, confirms the price and the fitting charge for your location, and arranges payment and fitting or delivery.

What does self-monitored mean?

NodeTrack has no control room in between: alerts come straight to your phone, email and browser the moment they happen, and you can see the vehicle live and act straight away. If your insurer needs 24/7 monitoring by a control room, choose a Thatcham S5 tracker.

Can I fit a NodeTrack tracker myself?

Yes. Choose “Supply only, I’ll fit it myself” when you order and we post it out to you. Once it is in, we check it is online and set up your login. For any support, call NodeTrack on 0333 070 4331 or message us on WhatsApp. Thatcham S5 trackers and immobilisers are fitted by us.

Can I see who was driving?

Yes. Put a driver or hirer on each vehicle with their name, phone number and hire reference. Alerts show who had the vehicle at the time, and the driver history shows who had each vehicle and when.

Will my insurer accept the tracker?

Insurers set their own rules. If yours asks for a Thatcham S5 tracker, choose one from the S5 range and tell us what they asked for in the order form. We check it before fitting.

Are there monthly fees?

NodeTrack tracking has a monthly fee depending on the options you choose, and S5 trackers need the manufacturer’s monitoring subscription. Monthly fees are shown with the price, and we confirm every cost before you pay.

Do you cover my area?

Put your postcode in the order form and we will confirm fitting for your area when we call. You can also see the areas we cover.

What do you do with my details?

We only use them to deal with your order. See our privacy policy.
