Visibility for transport teams
Use the latest reported location to support conversations with drivers and customers. Check the time of the update and contact the driver when a delivery estimate needs confirmation; tracking is not an automatic delivery guarantee.

Journey history helps your team investigate a reported route or stop. Available mileage and event information depends on the installed device, its configuration and the data received.
Choose equipment for the electrical system
Lorries commonly have different installation requirements from cars. Provide the make, model, year and supply voltage so we can select a suitable tracker and installation method. Do not assume a car OBD tracker is suitable for an HGV.
Tracking the cab and the trailer
A tracker on a tractor unit follows that unit. Tracking a detached trailer or other unpowered asset requires its own suitable device. Tell us what you need to locate and how often it can be powered.
Discuss specialist requirements
Tachograph downloads, drivers’ hours compliance, fuel-level data and vehicle CAN integrations are not included as standard fleet tracking features. Any specialist requirement needs separate assessment and agreement.

Can you supply tracking for a 24V vehicle?
We can assess suitable equipment for 24V vehicles. Confirm the exact vehicle and operating voltage with us before ordering.
Does this replace a tachograph?
No. GPS fleet tracking does not replace a tachograph or the operator’s compliance processes.
Can you track a trailer while detached?
That needs a separate asset-tracking solution with an appropriate power source and reporting interval. Contact us with the trailer details.
