Loan and courtesy vehicle tracking
Keep track of courtesy cars and loan vehicles while they are away from your premises. NodeTrack helps garages, dealerships and replacement-vehicle operators review locations and maintain vehicle assignment records.
Monday–Saturday, 9am–6pm. Closed Sunday.
A clearer handover record
Record who has the vehicle and update the assignment at handover and return. Keep the loan agreement in your normal business records and explain the tracking arrangements to the customer.
Follow up an overdue return
Check the last reported location and contact the borrower through your normal process. Tracking information can help that conversation, but does not guarantee a location update or recovery.
Review a reported journey or event
Look back at relevant journeys and recorded alerts when investigating an enquiry. Review the context and the loan agreement before taking action; a tracker event alone does not establish liability.
Pick the right installation
An OBD tracker can be a practical option for compatible loan vehicles, but it is accessible and can be unplugged. Consider a two-wire or professionally fitted tracker when a more permanent installation suits your fleet.
Customisation for your operation
We can customise a solution to your requirements, subject to a minimum order quantity and an agreed specification. Tell us your vehicle or asset count, reporting needs and preferred installation method. Feasibility, minimum quantity, price and lead time are confirmed in your quote.
UK-wide supply and fitting enquiries
NodeTrack serves customers across the UK, with self-install options and nationwide mobile fitting by arrangement. Send your postcode and vehicle details to confirm compatibility, appointment availability and any travel charges. Tracking updates depend on device power, mobile connectivity and satellite reception.

Common questions
Can we change the borrower assigned to a vehicle?
Yes. Keep the assignment current when a courtesy vehicle is issued and returned so the records remain useful.
Will an OBD device work in every courtesy car?
No. Socket compatibility, vehicle voltage and device suitability must be checked. Provide the vehicle details before ordering.
