Mercedes cars, AMG and electric models
Include the full model designation in your enquiry, whether you drive an A-Class, C-Class, E-Class, GLC, GLE, AMG or an electric Mercedes. Different generations and powertrains need an individual compatibility check. Tell us about existing aftermarket security equipment as well.
Insurance tracking versus everyday GPS
For an insurance requirement, obtain the required category and product conditions in writing and compare suitable monitored S5 or S7 systems. If the main need is journey history and reported location, consider self-monitored GPS tracking. These services are not interchangeable simply because both show a map.
Sprinter and Vito van tracking
For a Mercedes van used for work, consider the locations, journey records and driver assignments your team needs. A fleet quote should include vehicle quantities, working locations and access times. If a van is rented out, discuss hirer records and handover procedures too.
Choose an immobiliser for your routine
Discuss a compatible Ghost, tag-operated immobiliser or combined tracking package. Explain whether the vehicle has several drivers and how often it goes for servicing. We will confirm supported authorisation and handover arrangements for the chosen equipment.
Mobile fitting and a complete quote
Installation can be arranged nationwide, with Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire as our main service areas and an additional travel charge elsewhere, subject to postcode, compatibility and access. Ask for hardware, fitting and monitoring costs together. NodeTrack is independent of Mercedes-Benz and does not represent itself as a manufacturer dealership.

Can I use the same account for several work vans?
NodeTrack fleet tracking supports multiple vehicles and driver records. Send your fleet details to discuss setup and subscriptions. Manufacturer-monitored products may use a different app and service.
Does my existing Mercedes app meet my insurer requirement?
Do not assume that it does. Ask your insurer to confirm the existing system and active service, or specify what additional equipment it needs.
